Our attitude in treating a patient is to attain as good of a result as practically possible within the shortest amount of time and at as little inconvenience to both patient and parent as possible.
Orthodontic treatment is primarily the art and science of preventing and correcting malrelationship of the teeth and jaws. Our aim is to improve oral functions and cosmetics by providing more chewing surfaces. This results in a decrease of stress and strain for each tooth; in effect, the teeth should last longer, work better and become less susceptible to disease such as tooth decay and gum disease.
Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Fees vary with each case, so we will be happy to work out a convenient payment schedule to suit your needs. Typical arrangements include an initial down payment and monthly installments with no finance charge. Additionally, your insurance plan may include coverage for orthodontic treatment.
